I couldn’t come all the way to Zanzibar and not explore Stone Town—a whole UNESCO World Heritage Site! Wandering through the narrow alleys, soaking in the mix of influences, and experiencing the vibrant markets was wonderful. As home to one of the largest art exhibitions on the continent, the collection is nothing short of breathtaking—from intricate woodcrafts and statues to antique Zanzibar doors and stunning paintings. I couldn’t come all the way to Zanzibar and not explore Stone Town—a whole UNESCO World Heritage Site! Wandering through the narrow alleys, soaking in the mix of influences, and experiencing the vibrant markets was wonderful.
